Pathways to Self Integration Training

21,000.00

May 17 to July 7, 2024 (Sunday morning sessions) | 10.00am to 12.30pm India TIme | Online on Zoom

An 8 week immersive training programme to transform your relationship with yourself, cultivate radical self-love, and to embrace all parts of your Self with compassion

Do you catch yourself in patterns of reactivity? The situation may change, but your reactions do not?
When you experience pain, sadness, loneliness, anger, or even shame, do you engage or run away from these experiences?
Is all the validation you seek external? In other words, are you externalising your sense of self worth?
Are you looking for ways to prioritize your own self-care and personal development?

If you nodded along to any (or all) of those questions, it’s time to consider joining our Pathways to Self-Integration program. Discover the journey within, reclaim all parts of yourself, and embark on a transformative path towards wholeness.
