The Registration Process
- Read about the camp, programme details, and camp agreements pages.
- Choose your accommodation and payment options.
- Pay the non-refundable Booking Amount (INR 20000) on this link or by clicking the box on this page.
- Complete the Registration Form.
Please note that:
- Payments (including Booking Amounts) received before July 31, 2026 will be eligible for our EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT.
- We request deposits be paid with the registration form to hold your spot and help us plan the event smoothly. This deposit is not refundable.
- The total final payment is requested by December 1, 2026 to support setting up and organising the camp. If you are paying in installments, please plan to make your final payment by then.
- INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS will need to make payments through a Wise transfer or bank transfer only.
After Registration
Once you have registered, we will send you a detailed Participant Intake Form and reach out to you to connect as we lead up to the camp in December.
