Mika Maniwa
Mika Maniwa is a CNVC Certified Trainer and Assessor of Japanese descent based in Vancouver, Canada. She has been teaching NVC and leading practice groups for close to 20 years. She enjoys working with couples and families and is keenly interested in what is needed to build trust across cultural, generational and power differences.
“I love creating spaces where the wisdom of the group can emerge. I’m interested in how our nervous systems react to one another when there is perceived threat and mistrust; and what is needed to build bridges.”
Mika brings a grounded, playful, and deeply relational approach to intergenerational learning and community building.
Manasi Saxena
Manasi Saxena is a CNVC Certified Trainer and founder of enCOMPASSion Learning Solutions based in Bangalore, India. She works at the intersection of Nonviolent Communication, leadership development, systems change, relational intelligence, and community building, supporting individuals, leaders, families, educators, and organisations across diverse contexts.
Manasi is deeply interested in interdependence, authenticity, value-driven leadership, emotional resilience, and creating spaces where compassion, collaboration, and transformative learning can emerge. She brings an integrated, relational, and deeply human approach to facilitation, community living, and intergenerational learning.


Pallavi Chethan
Pallavi Chethan is a Certification Candidate with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, a certified coach with the Needs Based Coaching Institute, facilitator with enCOMPASSion, and an intentional parent. Her work focuses on empathy, authenticity, relationships, communication, and emotional awareness across individual and group settings.
Pallavi facilitates practice groups, empathic spaces, coaching sessions, and workshops for children, parents, educators, and adults across different contexts. She brings warmth, groundedness, care, and a deep commitment to relational learning and human connection.
Aishwarya Kannan
Aishwarya Kannan works in communications, storytelling, and media strategy, with a deep interest in building meaningful connections through language, creativity, and thoughtful communication. Alongside her work with startups and brands across different sectors, she is especially drawn to projects rooted in care, community, and positive social impact.
At enCOMPASSion, Aishwarya supports communications and media strategy while bringing creativity, warmth, and thoughtful attention to the stories and relationships that shape community spaces.
