Fee Structure
We have put together this fee structure keeping in mind accessibility as well as sustainability. Please take some time to go through this to choose what may work best for you. Please do get in touch with us if you have any questions, concerns, or requests.
+ Early Bird is available till July 31, 2026.
+ 10% discount (on full pricing) for bookings of three or more people. This cannot be combined with the early bird discount.
FOR ADULTS (over 18 years)
Twin Sharing: ₹51,000 / USD 800
Early Bird: ₹44,000 / USD 700
Single Room: ₹54,500 / USD 900
Early Bird: ₹47,000 / USD 800
Triple or Four Sharing: ₹47,000 / USD 700
Early Bird: ₹41,000 / USD 600
CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS
Children under 3 years: Free
Children 3-6 years: ₹15000 / USD 300
Children 7-12 years: ₹25000 / USD 400
Adolescents 12-18 years: ₹35000 / USD 500
What is Included
Camp fees include:
- Residential accommodation from December 23 through December 29
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two tea/coffee breaks daily (from evening tea on December 23 though breakfast on December 29)
- All programme sessions, community spaces, and camp activities
What You Will Need to Cover
Camp fees do not include:
- Travel to and from the venue
- Personal medical expenses or emergency medical care
- Individual childcare/caregiving arrangements for young children
- Personal purchases or additional expenses outside the camp programme
Additional Details
Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount will be required to hold your place.
A note on differential pricing: We offer differential pricing with the cision of making the NVC Family Camp more accessible across a wider range of global economic realities, family structures, and social contexts, while also supporting the sustainability of the overall experience. The pricing reflects differences in accommodation, age-based participation needs, international participation, and our intention to balance accessibility, fair compensation, venue costs, scholarships, and community care.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the camp, all payments made, including the booking amount, will be fully refunded.
If you cancel your registration:
- Cancellations 60+ days prior to camp: Full refund minus booking amount
- Cancellations 30–59 days prior to camp: 50% refund minus booking amount
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior: No refund
Registrations may be transferable to another individual or family, subject to prior communication and approval from the organizing team.
