Please note that:
- Payments received before July 31, 2026 will be eligible for our EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT.
- We request deposits be paid with the registration form to hold your spot and help us plan the event smoothly. This deposit is not refundable.
- The total final payment is requested by December 1, 2026 to support setting up and organising the camp. If you are paying in installments, please plan to make your final payment by then.
- INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS will need to make payments through a Wise transfer or bank transfer only.
