Register for the NVC Family Camp

We are delighted that you may be joining us for this programme!

Please note that our EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION is on until July 31, 2026.

To register, please read and follow the steps below. You will need to make a booking amount deposit alongside the registration form. The full payment can be completed by December 1, 2026 if you are paying in installments.

The Registration Process

1. Read about the camp, programme details, and camp agreements pages.
2. Choose your accommodation and payment options.
3. PAYMENT:
   Option 1: Pay the non-refundable Booking Amount of INR 20000 per person or INR 50000 per group of 3 or 4.
   Option 2: Pay the full camp fees now for yourself, your group or family.
4. Complete the Registration Form.

Important:

• Early Bird: Registrations (including payment of the booking amount) before July 31, 2026 will be eligible for our EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT.
• Booking Amount: We request that the Booking Amount be paid with the registration form to hold your spot and help us plan the event smoothly. This deposit is not refundable.
• Installments: In case you are paying in installments, we request you to connect with us and set up a payment schedule that works for you and us both. This can mean monthly payments, or 2-4 installments. The total final payment is requested by December 1, 2026 to support setting up and organising the camp. Please plan to make your final payment by then.
• Pay in Full Now: If you are ready to complete your total payment now, please follow the link above to do so. Please note that INR 20000 per person is still held as a non-refundable booking amount.
• International Participants: Please connect with us as you will need to make payments through a Wise transfer or bank transfer only.

Once you have registered, we will send you a detailed Participant Intake Form and reach out to you to connect as we lead up to the camp in December.
